Game Fisher has no access to your data.

Basically we send orders to Spain (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Europe but we can actually send anywhere in the world. Ask us and we will deliver it to you wherever and whenever, without problems.
(Note: For special or very urgent shipments it is important to contact customer service directly to process them, check availability and possible additional cost.)

Shipping Cost Europe

You will see the shipping costs and the different transport options reflected in the same purchase process.
For free transport promotions, the delivery time will be 48-72 hours and it will be available in the geographical areas indicated in each promotion.
The carriers that DO NOT ADMIT SHIPMENTS of RODS or similar for exceeding their allowed height are: Sending and Post.
Shipments: Forms and terms
The transit days of orders are from Monday to Friday, without considering the weekend and local or national holidays. For special dates (Black Friday, Christmas, special promotions, and long weekends) Game Fisher cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated time due to the high volume of work carried out by transport companies on these dates.
The shipping price of large products by reason of height, weight or volume will have a special price due to being special measures for carriers. Transport costs will be reflected, at all times, at checkout when placing your order.
RODS and special dimensions products can only be sent by the GLS transport company.
We ship to Europe and the rest of the world with the GLS / FedEx transport company.

Note: Large-volume products (such as hand nets, refrigerators, live bait tanks, poles, rods with unusual measures…) have additional transport costs.

No. At all times you will see the total amount of your order reflected in the purchase process. Also before finalizing your order you can see all the details of it to verify that everything is correct.

2. I am placing an order ...

Yes. We have to ask you for a minimum of information to be able to send you the order and the carrier can contact you to make the delivery, if necessary.
I have forgotten my password, how can I recover it?
Very easy. You can get it back quickly and easily.
Access your account directly to recover your password and follow the steps indicated by the system.

Within each product sheet you will see the option available, in green and the estimated delivery date. In case it appears as not available, you can create an alert within the same product file, entering your email, so that we will notify you once more units arrive at our warehouse.
Can I add an item or modify it in an open order?
Yes, as long as the order is not in the preparation process. You can do it directly by accessing your account> orders. If your order is already in process, the fastest way is to contact customer service so that they can manage it directly.

Of course. Once everything is verified, we will send you the confirmation along with the link of the transport company so that you can follow up on it.
If the delivery person is not at my address to deliver the package, what should I do?
The transport company makes two deliveries in order to deliver the package to you. If you know that you are not going to be or you are doing better in a specific time slot, the best option is to contact the transport agency in your area directly to notify it and find a day and time that suits both of you (you can check the data of the transport agency in your area in the confirmation email that we send you when confirming the shipment of your order.

The answer is yes. You always have to sign said delivery to the dealer so that there is evidence of the traceability of the entire process.
Note: in the form of cash on delivery it is advisable to have the exact amount since many times the dealers do not have change.

If you detect that a package arrives in poor condition (damaged, broken packaging ...) you must ALWAYS leave a record when signing the delivery.
IMPORTANT to write down "Agree except exam".
In this way, if there were any damage inside, we could claim and the transport company will be responsible for what happened.
Keep in mind that both GameFisher and the transport company take care of all the details so that this does not happen but Murphy appears when you least expect it and we want to have everything controlled so that it does not affect you. Also tell you that these incidents rarely happen and we always solve it.
NOTE: if you detect that a product has arrived damaged or in poor condition, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible to give you the best solution and better take a photo of the state to open the incident with the carrier.

You can cancel it as long as it has not been sent. In this case, it is important that you contact us to manage the cancellation as soon as possible. Please have your order number handy to facilitate the procedures.

3. Order received and returns ...

At Game Fisher we pay special attention to these incidents with strict quality controls. On very rare occasions it happens but if so, I apologize. Please contact us to expedite it. We will give you the best solution for you with maximum agility.

The legal framework establishes a term of 14 days from the date of the order to return a product that you are not satisfied with (according to art. 102 and 104, of the Spanish Royal Decree-Law 1/2007). At Game Fisher we extend this time, and we offer you a 30 days term to make the return, counting from the order date.

For this type of returns, the customer must send the product they want to return to the Game Fisher facilities. Keep in mind that the product must be returned in perfect condition, unopened nor used and in its original packaging (including all labels, instructions...). You must first contact customer service by email (info@game-fisher.com) to request a return number in order to identify it when the return arrives. We will not accept any returns without this prior step.

Once the product has been received, we will check it to make sure that it is in perfect condition and we will proceed to refund the amount through the same form of payment you used when placing the order.

The refund of the amount will be made effective in your account within a maximum term of 14 days. In the case of card payment, the internal deadlines of each bank must be taken into account.

Please note that Game Fisher does not accept postage due shipping. This will always be rejected.

Right of withdrawal:

As a buyer, you have the right to cancel your purchase. The term is 14 days from the receipt of the order, and you must communicate the withdrawal within that time, otherwise it will not be valid. Remember that you must deliver the product in perfect condition, unopened or unused and in its original packaging, including labels and instructions. It is important to communicate it through the contact form, or by e-mail at info@game-fisher.com.

Shipping costs for this type of returns are borne by the customer. If the original order has associated shipping costs, the shipping costs of a standard 3-5 days shipment will always be refund (even if the original order had a more urgent shipment).

Product availability / Stockout.

Game Fisher reserves the right to cancel the order and return the amount if it is not possible to make the shipment or delivery of the products in the terms mentioned above, or if there was an error in the price of the product. In these exceptional cases, the client will always be contacted in advance before proceeding with the refund of the amount.

All prices will include taxes, provided that a country of the European Community has been selected. Exceptionally, and due to their fiscal conditions, for Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, prices will be shown without VAT (all customs clearance expenses and import taxes are not included in the price of the item nor in the shipping price, and will be paid, at destination, by the customer upon receipt of the order). For countries outside the EEC, prices will be shown without taxes, considering that there may be possible indirect costs of customs, taxes and / or duties at destination, at the expense of the recipient.

Important announcement

The price of each product will be always the one stipulated on our website, except in the case of a manifest error. Although we try to ensure that all prices listed on the website are correct, errors might occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled and the amount you paid for your order will be fully refunded.

We reserve the right not to supply you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we have already sent you the Shipment Confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unambiguous and could have been reasonably recognized by you as an incorrect price.

As dictated by law: The warranty that applies to the Product when it is delivered to the end user is two years, as long as the Product is used by the user under normal conditions of use, such as those described in the data sheet. Product and in the catalogs made available to the user. In no case is it guaranteed that the Product supplied is capable of responding to a particular problem of the end user. In case of doubts, the product will be sent to the supplier to certify if the guarantee is valid. Shipping costs are only covered if the supplier confirms that the product is under warranty.

If the repair can be done directly in our Game Fisher workshop we try to speed up as much as possible (in most cases it can be done in less than 1 week).
If the repair has to be sent to the supplier, we depend on their delivery times since they are always on a first-come, first-served basis.
